Came here to get a simple oil change and received much more! The staff was friendly, professional and the service was completed quickly. I was very impressed with the complimentary inspection. It was extremely thorough and everything was explained clearly. I appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service.

We took a recently purchased used vehicle to this Christian Brothers location to complete work recommended by their diagnostics testing we had done prior to purchasing the vehicle. Not only did they do a wonderful job on the work, but a few days later, on the afternoon before we were leaving town the next morning for a 15-hour road trip in this vehicle, the AC started acting up and the vehicle was starting to overheat when idling (not related to any work they had previously performed). I immediately called asking if I could bring the vehicle in within the next 30 minutes for them to assess the situation, all the while hoping and praying we would not have to delay our trip, and that whatever was going on was not going to be a huge expense. We arrived at 3pm, with no appointment, and the team at CB assessed the situation, had the part (the AC fan) ordered, the old fan removed, the new part delivered, and the new fan installed with us out the door before 5pm. My husband and I are beyond impressed with their attentiveness and willingness to provide great service on short notice, without an appointment, and with care and compassion for our situation. I highly recommend this location

Very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism at this shop. They replaced an overheating alternator that had started causing smoke under the hood, and also replaced the front lower control arms that had been causing an annoying clunking noise over bumps and potholes. The Jeep now runs smoother, feels safer, and drives like it should again. Most importantly, they were honest, trustworthy, and focused on fixing the actual problems without unnecessary upselling. It’s great to find a repair shop you can trust. Thanks to their work, I’m hoping to keep my 2011 Jeep on the road for several more years. Highly recommended.

The AC stopped working in my car so I took it in to see what they could do. Initially they put dye in it to search for a leak (around $400 after tax). Unfortunately it ended up needing a kit that was going to cost $2300, which was a shocking price and I declined moving forward with. I was initially frustrated with still having to pay for a repair that didn’t fix the issue, but after speaking with Kelly I felt so much better. She explained the dye injection was something they had to do in order to rule out a leak, and was very detailed about the “why” when I voiced my concerns. She was also extremely compassionate as I explained my frustrations, and I could tell she actually cared and wanted to help me. When I told her I was looking to buy a new car, she gave me her contact at Fort Bend Toyota, and had a lot of great advice about new car inspections. Even though I didn’t end up getting my car fixed, I would still highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had utilized their services on several occasions and had been quite satisfied until last month. During a routine engine oil change, I was advised to replace the spark plugs, a decision I now regret having made at this particular establishment. Approximately three weeks later, the engine began to shake. Upon returning the vehicle to them, I was advised to consider selling the car, as the estimated repair cost would exceed $6000. This marks an unfortunate conclusion to my experience with them.
